Fine Bronze Cougar Sculpture The cougar reveals a part of my life that has memories of them killing our livestock. Their presence was more felt than seen, always solitaire and elusive, leaving tracks in a trail of dust. When seen, they were just a glimpse flowing among the trees or along the ridges and ledges of their wilderness. This sculpture is meant to show a cougar with outstretched forepaws, silent and alert, descending from a rock ledge without distraction. With fixed gaze and ears pricked forward, he scans his domain.
